Sustainability & Production

Built with Purpose. Made to Last.

At Extreme Culture, we believe the most sustainable product is one that’s designed to be worn, ridden and loved for years—not replaced after a season.

Every collection starts with one goal: create premium apparel that performs on the trails, looks great off the bike, and stands the test of time.

Designed In-House

Every product begins in our studio in Wales.

From the first sketch to the final production sample, all of our graphics, garment concepts, colours and branding are designed by our own team. We don’t buy generic artwork or use off-the-shelf designs—we create collections that reflect the lifestyle and community we’re building.

Every detail is considered, refined and tested before production begins.

Rider Designed. Rider Tested.

We don’t design products from behind a desk.

Every jersey, glove, hoodie and accessory goes through multiple rounds of sampling and testing with real riders before reaching production.

We work closely with our manufacturing partners to continuously improve fit, comfort, durability and performance based on real-world feedback.

It’s an ongoing process of refinement.

Designed by riders. Tested by riders. Built for everyone.

Responsible Production

Our production takes place both in Wales and with carefully selected manufacturing partners in the Middle East.

Rather than simply placing orders, we work alongside our factories throughout development, producing multiple samples, refining materials and improving construction before final production begins.

Long-term relationships allow us to maintain consistent quality while continually developing better products.

Better Materials

Wherever possible, we choose materials with sustainability in mind.

Across our collections you’ll find a growing use of:

  • Earth Positive® garments
  • Organic cotton
  • Premium heavyweight cotton
  • Responsibly sourced fabrics
  • Durable materials designed for long product life

We’re continually reviewing new fabrics and manufacturing processes to reduce environmental impact without compromising quality or performance.

Premium Decoration

Different garments require different techniques.

Depending on the product, we use a combination of:

  • Premium screen printing
  • Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing
  • Embroidery
  • Raised silicone badges
  • Custom woven labels
  • Bespoke fabrics and trims
  • Fully sublimated performance garments

Every decoration method is selected to suit the garment and maximise durability.

Quality Over Quantity

We don’t believe in mass-producing products just for the sake of it.

Many of our collections begin as limited runs or rider-tested samples before moving into larger production. This approach allows us to gather real feedback, minimise unnecessary waste and ensure every product deserves its place in the range.

Always Improving

Sustainability isn’t a finish line—it’s a continuous process.

As Extreme Culture grows, we’re committed to improving our materials, packaging, production methods and environmental impact wherever possible.

Every new collection is another opportunity to do things better.

More Than Clothing

Extreme Culture isn’t just about what you wear.

It’s about building products with purpose, supporting the riding community and creating apparel that’s made to be used—not thrown away.

Premium Quality. Built to Last. Designed for the Culture.
